Your local server has a license for this software but has temporarily ceased serving it or is experiencing technical problems." etc. When I open a previously working installation of Ecotect it gives an error message titled, "Autodesk Ecotect - Activation Failed." The body reads, "ERROR: Your request for a license was rejected. We have made absolutely no recent changes to affect it however, in recent weeks, the activations have been failing. We have a Network License Server, which has been working for a very long time. I understand that Autodesk has stopped selling Ecotect and they will no longer give software support, but I do not believe the issue my company is having is with anything on our system.

I managed to contact some secret number, but they called back at night only to leave a voicemail suggesting I submit a ticket online. The representative responding to me doesn't actually understand the problem. I am writing here, because submitting a ticket to support does not seem to be working.
